As a mortgage professional working for Wells Fargo, Fernando’s roles were to find the best financing that suited his clients' needs. Working closely with all types of clients he learned a variety of financial products that would benefit each individual’s needs. After working for a large bank, he decided to work for a correspondent lender where he expanded on his mortgage knowledge and was able to structure loans and help clients in getting financing in ways very few professionals in the industry could possibly do. At some point he felt it was time to create a company where he can bring all of his knowledge and experience to the test and for benefit of the clients.
